Hello friends! I have the latest Birdie Brown Set to share with you today! It’s called “Frightfully Sweet” and it’s just the cutest!
For my project today, I created a fun Halloween Box Card. These cute little animals are all dressed up and ready to go trick-or-treating! I had a lot of fun creating this scene and coloring these images. To start, I first created my box base. I have the dimensions of this box on one of my previous blog posts that you can find HERE. I colored all of my images with Copic Sketch Markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. (I will be sharing all of the colors that I used on a later blog post in the next few days).
For my twighlight-sky ink blended panels, I blended some Distress Inks ( Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon, and Fossilized Amber) onto some smooth white card stock. I added some grass by diecutting some Black Licorice Card Stock with the Grassy Hills Die-namics.
I also added some tree silhouettes using the Trees In The Forest Die-namics, and a spooky house using the Home Sweet Home Die-namics. The little black cloud actually was a tree top from the Home Sweet Home Die-namics that worked perfectly as a cloud for this occasion. I stamped my sentiment with Black Ink onto my front panel and lastly added a small tombstone from the previously released Fab-BOO-lous Friends Set.
