Hello!  First, I want to wish a very Happy Easter to all those who celebrate!  Secondly, I have a card to share with you today that features the brand new Flower Silhouettes Card Kit from MFT Stamps.

This kit is filled with beautiful floral silhouettes and coordinating dies.  For my card today, I first created an ink blended background using some Distress Oxide Inks (Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, and Salty Ocean) and a sheet of smooth white card stock.  Once dry, I splattered this piece with some Opaque White Paint.

I then cut these pieces into even strips (approximately 1 5/8″ x 4″) and next heat embossed a different floral silhouette onto each strip with some Fine Detail White Embossing Powder.  Once finished, I then adhered these pieces onto a horizontal A2-sized card base.

Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiment from the Essential Sentiments Stamp Set onto a strip of Black Licorice Card Stock and attached it to my card with some liquid adhesive.
