Hello, everyone! I have a fun Halloween set to share with you today called Best Witches.

To start, I diecut a small circle from Masking Paper and placed it on a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock where I wanted my moon to be on my card front.

I then blended some Distress Oxide Inks (colors listed in the picture above) to create a fun, eerie looking sky. Once blended, I then lightly splattered this piece with some diluted Opaque White Paint to create the illusion of stars.

I then stamped my images onto another piece of Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock with Black Ink, colored them with Copics, and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

To create the look of an eerie tree branch, I actually used the Eerie Tree Die-namics and turned it sideways over the moon, trimming off the edges that stuck out over the side of the card. I also added some grass using some Black Licorice Card Stock and the Grassy Hills Die-namics. Prior to attaching it to my card, I heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder on the bottom right hand portion of the grass.

To finish, I added the rest of my images with some 3D Foam Adhesive Squares for added dimension.

There are only two more days left until the new release becomes available! Don’t forget to stop by the MFT Blog to see some gorgeous inspiration from the rest of the team! Make sure to leave a comment there for a chance to win a $75 MFT Gift Voucher!

The green hues of this card’s backdrop evoke the sense of an aurora. The full lunar effect in perigee is splendid – a Super Moon for a super card! Thank you so much for sharing this gem, Rachel. Inspirational is an understatement! Blessings from Australia.
Thank you so much, Adam! Hope you have a great weekend!
