Hello everyone! I have a birthday card today that focuses on both the Sending Sweet Celebration Wishes Stamp Set illustrated by Stacey Yacula and the new Skinny Stripes Horizontal Die-namics.

I stamped all of my fun images onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Copic Colors Used:
- Blues: B0000, B000, B01, B04
- Oranges: YR12, YR04, YR07, YR18
- Fox: Y35, YR12, YR04, E08, E09
- Grays: W00, W1, W2, W4, W5
- Greens: YG00, YG01, YG05, YG17, YG67, G28

Once my images were finished, I went to work on the background. I trimmed a piece of Smooth White Card Stock to 4.25″ x 5.5″ and then diecut some stripes onto the bottom portion using the Skinny Stripes Horizontal Die-namics. I absolutely love this die set because it adds so much interest to your card while still looking neat and orderly. I masked off the bottom portion of my card and then splattered the top with some diluted Green and Blue Watercolor Paints.

I then took another panel of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and blended the bottom of it with Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn, and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks. I placed this blended panel behind my top panel so that my ink blending would show through the horizontal cuts in the front of my card. I added my images to this front panel with some 3D Foam Adhesive Squares. Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder onto a strip of Black Licorice Card Stock and adhered it to the front of my card with some liquid adhesive.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to drop by! If you liked this card and want some more crafty inspiration, please feel free to check out my INSTAGRAM feed!
