MFT Stamps November Release Countdown | Halfway There!

November 2, 2019

Hello everyone! We are halfway through the November Product Release Countdown from My Favorite Things! All products will be available this coming Tuesday, November 5th, at 10AM EST.

My card today features two brand new Birdie Brown Stamp Sets! If you remember, a few months ago, Birdie Brown came out with two different sets that featured both a male doctor and a female nurse. Now, the rolls are reversed, providing you with many more options to create cards for those you know and/or love in the healthcare business!

I kept my card simple today, with the focus being on both of my images. I stamped my images from both the Super Hero in Scrubs and Doctor’s Orders Stamp Sets with Copic friendly Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I then colored them with Copics and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

For my background, I lightly blended an area with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and then added a strip of Kraft Card Stock to the bottom portion of my card to which I had stamped my sentiment. I used 3D Foam Adhesive Squares to adhere my images to allow for a little more dimension.

Don’t forget to stop by the MFT Blog for more release inspiration! Make sure to leave a comment there for a chance to win a $75 MFT Gift Voucher!

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by! If you liked this card and want some more crafty inspiration, please feel free to check out my INSTAGRAM feed!

Hope you all have a terrific day!

These two are great. They could serve a two-fold purpose. Thanking the staff who did so much for the patient and for the giver of thanks. Saying thank you helps to make you feel better too!

I agree! In the past, I’ve wanted to say a simple thank you to various nurses and doctors that have stood out. I think it means so much more (to both the giver and receiver) when it’s handmade. Thank you for your sweet feedback!

Such wonderful coloring, Rachel. You know your way with a Copic, that is for sure. I might have to invest in these stamps. My older daughter is going to college to become a nurse. Step one is becoming a CNA and she just left for her last day of clinicals a little bit ago. These would be great to encourage her! Thank you so much for sharing!
