Hello! I was kindly sent the new On A Christmas Walk Stamp Set from Picket Fence Studios. I’ve created two Christmas cards to share with you today using this sweet set. (Affiliated links used where applicable.)

My first card is a fun little 3D Shadow Box Card. When folded, this card measures at 4.5″ x 6.25″ and fits perfectly into an A6 sized envelope. I measured and cut these pieces by hand (from Kraft Card Stock) and used a large stitched circle rectangle die to cut the opening in the center of my card.

I stamped my bear and mistletoe images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored with Copic Sketch Markers. I used red ink to stamp the candy canes and then used the coordinating dies to cut everything out.

I used the Woodland Border Die Set from Sunny Studio Stamps to add some stitched snow drifts and winter trees. I cut all of my scenery images from white card stock and colored the trees with some green Copic Markers. For my pink background, I blended some Distress Oxide Inks (Worn Lipstick and Spun Sugar) onto a piece of smooth white card stock and splattered it first with some water and then with some diluted Opaque White Paint to resemble snow. I also splattered my trees with this paint as well. Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiment from the A Bear Kind of Winter Stamp Set onto a strip of black card stock and attached it to the base of my card front.

I created a slimline card for my second card that measures at 8.5″ x 3.5″. This card fits perfectly into either a #9 or #10 standard business envelope. I once again stamped all of my images onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 100lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I once again used the Woodland Border Dies from Sunny Studio Stamps to create my snow drift and pine trees. For my background, I blended some Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks and splattered it again with both water and diluted white ink.

I stamped my sentiment from the String of Lights Stamp Set with black ink onto the bottom right corner of my snow drift. Lastly, I attached the snow drift and all of my stamped images with 3D Foam Adhesive Squares for some added dimension.

Wishing you all a lovely day!

Awwwww….sweet.
Thank you so much, Patricia! <3
These cards are both fabulous, Rachel. I quite like the box card and slimline cards in general, and I must admit to really being partial to the kraft card contrasted with the pink distress oxide colours of the first one. There is so much to appreciate in both of your cards today. TFS. Blessings from Australia, Adam.
Thank you so much for your sweet comments, Adam! 🙂
