MFT Stamps | January Vault Release

January 21, 2020

Hello friends! The time has come to shop the January Vault Release from My Favorite Things! I have a fun little Pop-Up Box Card to share with you today that features the fun Party Animals Stamp Set.

I created my box card slightly different today by leaving the front section of it much shorter than usual. However, it was very easy to do! Basically, you trim a back section to 4.5″ x 4.25″ (with the longer side standing vertically). I then attached a strip to the front of this piece measuring at 9,25″ x 1″ and scored at .5″, 2.5″, 6.75″, and 8.75″. You can add up to 4 inner shelves (which is what I did) if you like but it can be as little as 1 or 2 depending on what look you’re going for. The inner shelves measure 5″ x 1″ and scored at 3/8″ and 4 5/8″.

I stamped all of my images with Tuxedo Memento Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored them with Copics, and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I complimented this set with the Barn, Farm Fence, and Grassy Fields Die-namics to create a 3D party scene.

When folded, this card measures at a standard A6 size (4.5″ x 6.25″) and should fit perfectly into an A6 sized envelope. However, because my barn sits slightly above the top of the card, I used a 5×7 envelope and it fit without any issue.

In case you missed my previous posts, here are two other projects that I created with the January Vault Release. Click on either of the photos for more project details.
