Hello friends! I was so honored to be asked to Guest Design some projects for a brand new stamp set from the latest Gina K. Designs Release. My cards today feature the brand new Happy Hearts Stamp Set illustrated by Beth Silaika. (Affiliated links used where applicable.)
I used this set to create a number of different cards, using various techniques and styles.

For my first set of cards, I created two 4″x4″ turquoise Valentines. I combined the Happy Hearts Stamp Set with the Wreath Builder Templates to create a fun wreath of hearts around each card. I combined this set with both the Wreath Builder and Sketched Wreath Builder Stamp Sets to add some floral touches to the card, but any floral stamps that you already own would work as well. To add some colored images to these cards, I used both the Karen Dolphin and All You Need is Love Stamp Sets. I colored these images with Copic Markers and used my Scan N Cut Machine to cut out the whale.

I followed the same process with my second set of cards and used the Happy Hearts Set along with the Wreath Builder Templates to stamp a wreath around my center point. For my focal image, I used one of the gorgeous circular stamps that come in this set, fussy cut them out, and then stamped my sentiment inside of each circle.
I created a very simple card for my next project using the spotted heart stamp from this set and a variety of rainbow colored inks. I stamped my sentiment from the beautiful Scripty Encouragement Stamp Set (which is currently free with any order over $75). I fell in love with the script of this set and loved how it looked combined with the colorful hearts.

For my last project, I decided to add a lot of color and ink-blended a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of smooth white card stock with some Antique Linen, Shaded Lilac, Mermaid Lagoon, and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks. I stamped and colored some images from the super cute Vicky Mermaid Set and then cut them out once again using my Brother ScanNCut.
I heat embossed some dotted hearts (that reminded me of bubbles) from the Happy Hearts Set with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder. I love how these bubbled hearts really add to the scene. I once again used the Scripty Encouragement Set to add my sentiment and adhered all of my images with 3D Foam Adhesive Tape for added dimension.

Thank you so much for your sweet comments, Jo Anne! <3
I cannot begin to explain how much I love these cards. The vicky mermaid one blew me away as did the karen dolphin one. I looked at the whale and said “awww! That’s cute!” Forgetting that it was my set. Ha ha ha. Thanks for bringing all these sets to life
Thank you so much, Beth! I loved working with your designs! I have heard so many comments on how much people love that cute little whale. 🙂
