Hello friends! We are halfway to the new MFT Stamps Release! I have a cute new Pure Innocence Stamp Set to share with you today called Birthday Besties. It comes with two fun images that you can place together or separately. I chose to put my images on separate cards today while using some of the new Birthday Brights Patterned Paper for my background.
I stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored with Copic Markers, and used the coordinating die-namics to cut them out. For my card above, I also used some Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock to make the ballooned patterned paper pop.

I used the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics Set 1 & 2 to help get the perfect sized cardstock pieces for layering. On my front layer, I lightly blended a mix of Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks prior to adhering my image with 3D Foam Adhesive Squares.
I created my second card similarly to the first one except that I went with more purple tones and complimented my patterned paper with some Purple Rain Prestige Card Stock. I also used some Grapesicle Premium Dye Ink to add some interest to my background prior to stamping my sentiment in the top right corner.

For both of the girl’s clothing, I did a mix of Copic coloring and paper piecing. For the girl’s sweater in the card above, I used paper from the Petite Plaid Paper Pack and for the other girl’s dress, I used the Sweet Celebration Paper Pack.
