Hello crafty friends! It’s time for a brand new Color Challenge from My Favorite Things! The colors this time are Blu Raspberry, Primitive White, Ripe Raspberry, and Lemon Chiffon. You don’t need to use these exact colors but rather ones that these colors inspire you to use.

I created a simple birthday card today for my take on the challenge. I used a sweet image from the Birdie Brown Sweet Birthday Wishes Stamp Set. I stamped my little girl with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored her with Copic Markers. I then used the coordinating Sweet Birthday Wishes Die-namics to cut her out.

I then diecut a piece of Smooth White Card Stock with one of the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics Set 2 and masked off the bottom portion with some purple tape. Next, I blended a small area on the top and middle portion of my card with some Lemon Chiffon Premium Dye Ink to create a subtle yellow background. I removed my taped and then lightly colored a floor area with a few Warm Gray Copic Markers (W00, W1). Lastly, I used a piece of bright pink patterned paper from the Sweet Celebration Paper Pad for my base.
