Hello friends! There are four days left until the amazing June Release from My Favorite Things becomes available! My card today features some images from the Hooray Kind of Day Stamp Set illustrated by Stacey Yacula.

I first stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I then colored them with Copic Markers and used the coordinating die-namics to cut them out.

Copic Colors Used:
- Bear: E30, E23, E25, E29
- Flag: B60, B66, B69
- Balloon: V000, V01, V04, V06
- Hedgehog: E41, E42, E43, E44, E47
- Bunny: 0, W0, W2, W4
- Flowers: BV000, BV00, BV02
- Greens: G20, G24

I then set these images aside and went to work on my background. I trimmed a piece of smooth white card stock to 4.25″ x 5.5″ and blended it with Spun Sugar, Milled Lavender, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks. I covered the bottom white space of my card with a piece of scrap paper and then splattered this ink blended portion with both water and diluted opaque white paint. Once dry, I then splattered the same section again with some diluted Wilted Violet Distress Ink for some added interest.

Next, I stamped my one sentiment onto the bottom center portion of my card with black ink and heat embossed my second sentiment onto the flag with some Fine White Detail Embossing Powder. Lastly, I added all of my images with some 3D Foam Adhesive Tape for some added dimension.

I love the way you line your die cut images up and photograph them before adding them to your cards. It is an interesting view. I really love the hedgehog critter and I like the font the wording is printed in. Thanks for sharing your inspiration!
