Hello friends! We’re kicking off the MFT Stamps August Vault Release Countdown with an oldie but a goodie! This vault release is the biggest one yet and is filled with so many previously retired stamps and die sets. To start off, I created a half-front, A2 sized box card that features the Polynesian Paradise Stamp Set illustrated by Birdie Brown.

I added a seagull from the Seaside Seagulls Stamp Set as well. All of my images were stamped with Copic friendly Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored with Copic Markers, and cut out using the coordinating die sets.
Copic Color Combos Used:

Although I didn’t use all of the images shown above, I colored more than I needed and have listed all of my color combinations for you.

I added a palm tree using the Beach Scene Builder Die-namics. You can easily use colored paper but I diecut mine from Smooth White Card Stock and blended the palm fronds with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink and the base with Frayed Burlap. I also added a fun little tiki hut using the Tiki Hut Die-namics. I also diecut this from white card stock and blended each top piece with Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Inks. For the base, I used Frayed Burlap and Ground Espresso.

Lastly, I added a quick sunset background by using the Basic Shapes – Circle Stencil and blending a half sun with some Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink. To do this, I had masked the bottom/ocean portion (Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink) with masking tape.
