Hello friends! I have another card featuring some cute images from Purple Onion Designs in celebration of their 17-year Anniversary Sale! I wanted to keep my card fairly simple and just used two images on a lightly ink-blended background.

I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored them with Copic Markers. I used both the Stacey Yacula Studio – Palm Tree along with the Stacey Yacula Studio – Sampson (Bear Sunbathing) rubber stamps. Once I finished coloring my images, I used my Brother ScanNCut to cut them out. I’m not the best at fussy cutting and I don’t have a lot of extra time, so the ScanNCut is a lifesaver for me for stamps that don’t have coordinating die sets!

Copic Color Combos Used:
- Bear: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44
- Teal Towel: BG11, BG13, BG49
- Palm Fronds: YG01, YG06, YG17, YG67
- Coconuts: E40, E41, E43
- Palm Trunk: E30, E23, E25, E29
- Swim Suit: V01, V05, V09

Lastly, I created an ink-blending background using a mini blending tool. I first used some Post-it Notes to mask off my beach area and blended on top of this portion to create my sky. To do so, I lightly blended some MFT Sno Cone and Berrylicious Premium Dye Inks. I then used more Post-it Notes to quickly mask off the area around my sky and splattered it lightly with both diluted Opaque White Paint as well as some diluted blued watercolor paint. I let this area dry and repeated the process with my beach floor after masking off the sky. For my beach, I used a blend of Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Inks.
