Hello friends! There are only 24 hours left until the Merry & Bright Card Kit from My Favorite Things is released! There are only a limited number of kits, so if you want this entire set in a bundle deal, set your alarm for 10AM EDT tomorrow!

I once again created two examples today. For my first, I used only traditional red and green Christmas colors. I added my lights and used the fun “MERRY AND BRIGHT” sentiment that can be colored in if desired. I used Copic Markers to color my sentiment and added the first portion of my sentiment that I had heat embossed onto a strip of Black Licorice Card Stock with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder.

For my second card, I used the Holly Berries Die-namics Set that currently comes FREE with orders over $60. I diecut the holly from two different shades of green card stock and created a simple wreath. I used some red card stock to add some berries and highlighted them with a white gel pen.

I stamped my sentiment with red ink and used the coordinating die-namics to cut them out. I used some 3D Foam Adhesive Tape to add both my wreath and sentiment onto my card base. For my base, I cut a piece of white card stock to 4.5″ x 4.5″ and layered it with a piece of brown patterned paper from the Woodgrain Whimsy Paper Pad. Lastly, I added a bow that I diecut using the Mistletoe Kisses Die-namics.
