Hello crafty friends! I hope you are all having a wonderful week so far! If your Christmas is going to be different and more low key this year, maybe you’ll be able to find some extra time to play along with this week’s sketch challenge.

For my take on the sketch, I made a simple thank you card using both the PI Winter Kisses and Wonderful Woods Stamp Sets. To start, I first trimmed a piece of Smooth White Card Stock to 5.75″ x 4.5″ and blended some Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose Distress Oxide Inks, starting with my darker color toward the bottom of my card.

Once blended, I then trimmed my cardstock down to 4.25″ x 5.5″ to get rid of any dark ink stains that may have appeared on the sides of my cardstock when I added my ink. I then stamped my image from the Winter Kisses Stamp Set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored it with Copic Markers, and used the coordinating die-namics to cut it out. Next, I stamped two trees onto my card stock using the Wonderful Woods Stamp as well as some Cement Gray Premium Dye Ink.

Lastly, I added two snow drifts using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics and then stamped my sentiment with Black Ink in the top right portion of my card.
Copic Colors Used:
- Skin: E0000, E000, E21, E04
- Pinks: RV00, RV52, RV55, RV66, RV69
- White/Grays: 0, C0, C2, C4
- Teals: G000, BG11, BG13, BG49
- Violets: BV000, BV01, BV11, BV13

Here’s a look at this week’s sketch! You can flip, rotate, and or substitute the shapes for images in your sketch projects. The idea is just to have fun and be creative!
