Hello friends! The mini release from Rachelle Anne Miller is now available online in the MFT Boutique! My card today features the gorgeous Fairy-Tale Friendship Stamp Set. I created a one-layer card using some masking and colored all of my images with Copic Markers.
I first stamped my image onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. Next, I stamped my image again onto a Gina K Designs Masking Magic Sheet and fussy cut it out with some scissors. I laid this image over top of my original stamped image and then blended the grass area with some Shabby Shutters Distress Oxide Ink.
Next, I blended the background sky with Squeezed Lemonade, Tattered Rose, Spun Sugar, and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks. I lightly splattered some diluted opaque white paint onto my background and then removed my masking piece, allowing everything to dry completely. Once dry, I then colored my images with Copic Markers. Next, I used one of the A2 Stitched Rectangle Die-namics Set 2 to diecut my entire panel and then placed it onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of patterned paper for my background. Lastly, I adhered this entire piece to an A2 sized top-folding card base.
Copic Color Blends Used:
- Blues: B12, B41, B16
- Rock: 0, C00, C2, C4
- Bunny: W00, W2, W4
- Tree & Tree Stump: E40, E41, E42, E43
- Groundhog: E30, E31, E23, E25
- Fox: YR02, YR07, YR18, E09
- Owl: E50, E51, E53, E55
