Hello friends! We’re halfway through the countdown for the MFT Stamps May Release! I have a brand new stamp set to share with you today called “Cuteness Overload”, illustrated by Rachelle Anne Miller.
I absolutely love this sweet little bear image! I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp him onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored him with brown Copic Markers (E31, E23, E25, E29). I then used the coordinating die-namics to cut him out.
For my card background, I trimmed a piece of Summer Splash Prestige Card Stock to 4.25″ x 5.5″. Next, I did some tone-on-tone stencil blending by blending the new Punched Pattern Stencil with Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink. Once finished, I allowed my panel to dry for a few minutes before I added my layers from both white and Caribbean Card Stock. I also used a small blending of Summer Splash Ink to add a pop of color behind my bear.
Lastly, I stamped my sentiment onto the bottom center area of my top white panel and adhered my bear with 3D Foam Adhesive Tape for added dimension.

I can see why it’s called ‘Cuteness Overload’ because this image is beyond cute. Love the colors you chose for both the image and the card. The use of the stencil is wonderful and adds great visual interest. Fabulous card, Rachel. 🙂 You are so good at making that type of card. 😉
