Hello friends! Welcome to the countdown for the MFT Stamps Floral Focus Card Kit! I absolutely love the simplicity yet elegance of this kit! I have two projects to share with you today using items from this gorgeous collection.

Here is a look at the items included in this kit. There are also a few add-ons that you can collect if you desire. This kit will be available in limited quantities at a bundle deal of 20% off the regular price. However, you are also welcome to pick and choose each item separately for regular price if you don’t want everything in the kit.

My first card is a slimline shaker card that uses both the Slimline Stitched Circle Trio as well as the In-Focus Floral Frames Die-namics that are both included in the kit. I combined Smooth White, Caribbean Sea (both included in the kit), and Tropical Teal Prestige Card Stock for my colors. To start, I first trimmed a piece of Smooth White Card Stock to 2.5″ x 8.5″ and used the Stitched Circle Trio Die-namics to diecut three circles down the center of this strip. I then blended the bottom portion of the negative pieces (the circles) with Caribbean Sea Premium Dye Ink and adhered them on a second piece of Smooth White Card Stock cut to the same size as the first. I used my top layer with the circular windows to line up the negative ink-blended pieces exactly behind the window openings.

I then placed some sequin embellishments on top of each ink blended circle, added some 3D Foam Adhesive Tape (as well as clear acetate) to the back of my top piece and then adhered it directly on top of the bottom piece, creating three shaker windows. Next, I used the In-Focus Floral Frames Die-namics to cut three different images from Caribbean Sea Prestige Card Stock. I adhered one image in each circular window with liquid adhesive. Next I layered this piece with a 3.5″ x 8.5″ piece of Tropical Teal Prestige Card Stock. Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiments onto a piece of Eiffel Tower Prestige Card Stock with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder and used the Itty Bitty Strips Die-namics to cut them out.

I used similar colors (Caribbean Sea) for my second card. This card, I left very simple but I love the striking contrast between the white and the teal.

Basically, I layered both Caribbean Sea and Smooth White Card Stock for my card background. I then die-cut one of the In-Focus Florals Die-namics from Smooth White Card Stock and adhered it to the front of my card. I once again heat embossed my sentiment onto a strip of Eiffel Tower Prestige Card Stock and used one of the Slimline Skinny Strips Die-namics to cut it out. Super easy!
