Hello friends! There are only two days left until the June Release from My Favorite Things becomes available! I have a birthday themed shaped card to share with you today featuring the BB Birthday Bears Stamp Set.
To start, I first created my card base. I used the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics to create a circular shaped card. I cut my largest base from a piece of Caribbean Sea Card Stock. For my second largest base piece, I used a piece of greenish blue patterned paper from the Petite Gingham Paper Pad. I cut my smallest circle from a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. On this piece, I quickly blended some Caribbean Sea Premium Dye Ink and splattered this blending with diluted opaque white acrylic paint as well as diluted blue watercolor paint for added interest. Once dry, I stamped my sentiment onto this piece and adhered all my base pieces together.
Next, I stamped my images onto another piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them with Copic Markers, and used the coordinating die-namics to cut them out.
Copic Colors Used:
- Large Bear: E31, E23, E25, E29
- Baby Bear: E41, E42, E43, E44
- Teals: G000, BG11, BG23, BG49
- Cake: Y21, Y23, E34
- Purples: V000, V01, V12

I saw this in a post on the IG, and thought is was so sweet and I like when folks make cards out of different sizes or shapes: and this birthday card really comes full circle! So sweet, those little bears and I like how the teal color is in between the two and a subtle little bit beyond. Really creates a wonderful focal point. An amazing card!
