Hello friends! I have some brand new etched dies from the Spellbinders Beautiful Sentiments Vignettes collection by Becca Feeken to share with you today. I love how easy it is to create with these gorgeous new dies! (Affiliated links used where applicable at no extra cost to you.)
My first two cards feature the new Birthday Wishes Vignette Etched Dies. For my first card, I created a shaker card by die cutting the beautiful swirly frame from white card stock 6 times and adhering them together with liquid adhesive to form a compact frame to hold my shaker pieces. I blended some green Distress Oxide Inks (Cracked Pistachio, Evergreen Bough, and Lucky Clover) onto the base portion of my swirly design that I had diecut from light green card stock. The rectangular base pieces of all my cards measures at 4.75″ x 5 7/8″.
Once done with the main portion of my card, I then easily cut a few flowers using the new Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Dies. I topped off each flowers with some Ranger Ink White Opal Liquid Pearls for added interest.
My second card also features the same die sets. This time however, I used a variety of purple card stock. I once again used some Distress Oxide Inks (Wilted Violet and Milled Lavender) to create an ombre look on my bottom diecut piece.
I absolutely love how much interest and elegance the Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Dies add to each card.
My next two cards feature the new Heartfelt Thanks Vignette Etched Dies Set along with more flowers from the Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Dies. For my first card, I used a variety of rich blue card stock.
I also inked a section of this card using Tumbled Glass, Blueprint Sketch, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks.
I used the same dies for my last card but used a variety of teals and green as my color choices.
These dies are so simple and so much fun to use! For my colors, I used a variety of scrap paper that I had lying around. The sky’s the limit!
