Hello crafty friends! I hope you have enjoyed the release countdown for the MFT September Release! There are a lot of amazing new products to choose from! I have one more card to share with you today featuring some fun items from this new release. I stamped the image from the adorable “Jingle Hugs” Stamp Set onto a piece of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I then colored my images with Copic Sketch Markers (colors are listed at the bottom of this post) and used the coordinating Jingle Hugs Die-namics to cut it out.

Next, I trimmed a piece of red patterned paper from the new Keep Me in Stitches Paper Pad to 4.25″ x 5.5″. I then diecut a piece of Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Rectangle Die-namics Set 2 and lightly blended the center of it with some gorgeous Cornflower Premium Dye Ink. I LOVE how gorgeous and bold this ink is! Once I finished blending, I then splattered this area with some diluted opaque white paint to resemble snow.

I added a snow drift by cutting a 3″ tall piece of Smooth White Card Stock with the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics. Next, I cut it again using the same stitched rectangle die that I had used for the layer below it. I then stamped my sentiment to the front of this snow piece and added it to my card with some 3D Foam Adhesive Tape to give my snow some dimension. Lastly, I added my image with some more 3D Foam Adhesive and drew some “snow” on my image with a white gel pen.

Copic Colors Used:
- Skin: E0000, E000, E21, E13
- Reds: R14, R27, R46, R59
- Reindeer: E40, E42, E44
- White: 0, C0, C1, C3

While I always love your coloring, I additionally like your use of red stitched paper base and the rich coneflower hint in the blended background.
Beautiful coloring! I LOVE her!
very sweet
Super darling Rachel! Love the colors you chose! Love the subtle background. And as always, love your coloring skills!
What an adorable image colored to perfection. Your ability to achieve a vibrant color palette without it being overwhelming is fantastic, Rachel. Terrific card and showcase of new goodies. Thanks so much for all your hard work. 🙂
Oh my goodness…how fun is this! I love the sleigh bells on the deer. We use to take our grandkids for a sleigh ride at Christmas time. My friend has big draft horses and no matter how cold it was they all just loved it. Of course we had to sing Christmas carols along the way. Great release this time and I have enjoyed seeing all your creations!
