Hello friends! I have a fun Mini Slimline Box Card to share with you today that showcases a number of new products that will be releasing soon from MFT Stamps! I used the new Mini Slimline Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics to create a box card base from white card stock. I created a see-through window area in the front of the box card by die cutting it with the layering die that comes with the set and adhered a clear piece of acetate behind the open “window”.

Next, I added some water into the inside of the box by die cutting a piece of Sno-Cone Card Stock with the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Snow Drifts Die-namics. I blended each piece with some Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink to give some depth to the water. Next, I added some snow drifts behind my water area by adhering some regular mini slimline box card shelves and adding some scenic pieces that I had cut from white card stock using the new Serene Sunset Die-namics. I layered the outside of my card with some Caribbean Sea Card Stock to tie the colors that I used on the inside of the box with the outside of the box.

I then stamped my images from the Chillin’ With You Stamp Set onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored them with Copic Markers, and used the coordinating Chillin’ With You Die-namics to cut them out. I also heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder onto a scrap of Black Licorice Card Stock and die-cut it with one of the Skinny Strips Die-namics.
Copic Colors Used:
- Bears: 0, C00, C1, C3, C5
- Fish: YR02, YR07, YR18
- Seal: E00, E11, E13, E09
- Penguins: W00, W1, W3, W5, W7
- Reds: R14, R46, R59
- My trees were stamped with MFT Jalapeño Popper Ink

As you can see above, my card folds perfectly to fit into an MFT Mini Slimline Envelope.

This slimline box card looks amazing with that opening so you can “see” under the water. Such a fun and creative idea! The entire card is fantastic, Rachel. In awe of your coloring skills and scene building skills. Thanks so much for sharing.:)
This is like a holiday visit to the aquarium….polar bears are my favorite. Just when I think you have done the perfect box, you make your next one!! This is so amazing and I love the effect of looking into the water. That is a darling set for sure. TFS this amazing card!
