Hello friends! It’s time for a brand new Slimline Challenge! Come play along for a chance to win a $50 MFT Gift Voucher! There is no specific theme this month but rather the goal to create a Mini Slimline card (approximately 3″ x 6″). I made my card to measure 3″ x 6″ but I added two layers of colored card stock to provide some contrast for a final measurement of 3.75″ x 6.75″. If I was going to put this into an envelope, I would have kept it at 3″x6″ for mailing.
I stamped images from the BB “Snow Buddies” Stamp Set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb card stock. I started out with a piece slightly larger than 3″ x 6″ so that I could cut off any harsh ink stains on the edges of the card later on. I used a piece of Gina K. Designs Masking Magic Paper to mask my images while I stamped so that they could appear to have some depth while still being one-layer.
With all of my masking pieces in place, I blended my background with a mix of MFT Tropical Teal, Grape Jelly, Grapesicle, and Princess Pink Premium Dye Inks. Once finished, I removed my masking pieces and colored all of my images with Copic Markers.

- Skin: E0000, E000, E11, E13
- Pinks: RV52, RV55, RV66
- Teals: G000, BG11, BG13, BG49
- Purples: BV000, BV01, BV13, BV08
- Whites: 0, C00, C1, C3
- Fence: E31, E23, E25, E27
