Hello crafty friends! I have a fun A2 sized Box Card to share with you today featuring the new “Annyeonghaseyo – Hello in Korean” Stamp Set from Waffle Flower Crafts. Both my daughter and I train in martial arts, so I immediately fell in love with this set. I focused on the image of the girl practicing Taekwondo and set her among some Korean hanok buildings.

For my sentiment, I chose the one that translated to “You Go Girl” and stamped it on the front panel of my card. I created my box base from scratch using some Portebello, Fern, and Snowdrift card stock pieces from Spellbinders along with my paper trimmer, scoring board, scissors, and adhesive. If you don’t know how to make your own, MFT Stamps offers THIS similar box card die set which makes things super easy. I added an inked panel for my background sky that I had quickly blended with some Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks and splattered with water.

All of my images were stamped onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored with Copic Markers, and cut out using their coordinating dies.
COPIC COLORS USED:
- Skin: E0000, E000, E11, E13
- Whites/Grays: 0, C00, C1, C3
- Greens: BG90, G82, G85, G94
- Redish Browns: E31, R56, R59, R89

Wow, this looks fantastic, Rachel. You and your daughter are a fierce duo, I think, training in martial arts. That’s terrific. And so is this box card. I really like the bright green you chose. It really pops. Your images are wonderful and colored beautifully. Thanks for sharing this great box card. And congrats on your guest designer spot. 🙂
Thank you so much, sweet friend! I love when a stamp set is more than just a stamp set and you can relate with some of the images. It always makes it more special to work with. 🥰
