Hello crafty friends! I have a simple yet elegant card to share with you today that features the new Stitched Flowers Etched Dies from Spellbinders. This new set comes from the gorgeous, new Spring Into Stitching Collection. I absolutely love the size and elegance of these flowers and love how bold the embroidery floss looks when added. You don’t have to add embroidery floss, but it’s super easy to do and really makes the flowers pop.

For my card background, I trimmed a piece of Portebello Card Stock to 4.25″ x 5.5″ and then embossed it with the Plaid Company Embossing Folder for some subtle texture and interest. I adhered this piece to a top-folding A2 sized card base for some more support. Next, I diecut some Snowdrift Card Stock with one of the Essential Label Etched Dies and stamped my sentiment from the Sugar Coated Sentiments Clear Stamp Set with black ink.

Next, I diecut two flowers from some more Snowdrift Card Stock as well as some leaves from some Peridot Card Stock. I then used a size 22 DMC Tapestry Needle to thread my floss through the stitched holes to create a gorgeous look.

Lastly, I adhered my flowers with some 3D Foam Adhesive Tape for a pop of dimension.
