Hello crafty friends! This month’s card kit from MFT Stamps is slightly different than previous ones. Sometimes in life there are situations that call for those cards that you never want to make but are so heartfelt and provide much needed comfort for the recipient. The Rainbow Bridge Card Kit is perfect for sending cards to those who have lost their precious fur babies, which to many are like their own family members.
My card today features items from the kit as well as the Stitched Rolling Cloud Edges Die-namics. I used a piece of Something Blue Card Stock (not included in the kit) for my 4.25″ x 5.5″ card base. I used the new Heavenly Glow Stencil to paste some white rays onto my card stock using some White Texture Paste by Ranger Ink. I let this dry before die cutting a yellow sun using a basic circle die. I then added some stitched clouds on the top and bottom sections of my card using the cloud die-namics mentioned above.

For my rainbow bridge, I used the card stock colors that come in the kit along with the Rainbow Bridge Die-namics (also included in the kit). I added some paw prints onto the bridge with black ink using the Rainbow Bridge Goodbyes Stamp Set (included). Lastly, I adhered two pet silhouettes that I had cut from Black Licorice Card Stock using the Pet Silhouettes Die-namics (also included).

Oh wow, what a unique idea for a card kit. Your card would be sure to give a grieving pet lover some comfort in their sadness. I think adding the pawprints on the rainbow is a neat idea. Thank you so much for sharing.
I agree that it’s definitely a unique kit! It’s such a sad topic but also such a sweet gesture. I hope your week is off to a great start, my friend! Thanks so much for stopping by!
