Hello friends! The July Release is now available! From July 12-15, you can get 16% OFF your entire order (including the new release) in honor of MFT’s Sweet Sixteen!

I have two more cards to quickly share with you that feature items from the new release.

For my first card, I stamped and colored images from the YUZU Purr-fect Birthday Stamp Set. I adhered this set to a stitched rectangular white panel that I had blended with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide. I then layered this panel onto a green patterned paper card base.

I also used some patterned paper for the girl’s overalls. To do this, I simply stamped her image onto one of the beautiful pieces of the new DBD Wildflower Paper Pad.

For my second project, I created a farm-themed card featuring images from the new Farm-tastic Friends Stamp Set. I stamped, colored, and then die cut these images using their coordinating dies. I layered this card with some red and black pieces of card stock and also added a piece of patterned paper from the Black & White Plaid Paper Pad to my card base.

For my background, I lightly blended some Lazy Day (for the sky) and Sour Apple (for the grass) MFT Premium Dye Inks. I added both some water and diluted white paint spatters to give my background some textured interest. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment and added my images with some foam squares.

Oh golly, the girl’s overalls are fabulous with the print on them! Great idea to paper piece them. Love your color combos. They are so bright, vibrant and fun. The second card has a sweet country theme that makes me smile. Thanks so much for sharing, Rachel!
Many thanks, dear friend! Paper piecing is always so much fun!
