The first project that I created was a heart shaped card that fits perfectly into an A2 sized envelope. To do this card, I simply:
- Scored a piece of 8.5″ x 5.5″ piece of card stock at 4.25″ along the longer side
- Folded this piece on the score line
- Die cut the folded piece with the large heart, making sure not to cut the tops of the fold with the top of the heart.
- Die cut another heart from colored card stock of your choice and adhere it to the heart-shaped base piece that folds open
- Decorate as desired

On this card, I decided to color my leaves with some Copic markers. You can simply cut them from green card stock if you want or any color of your choice. Just remember, that whatever color you choose, will be the color of the leaves only. The rest of the die cuts get covered when you adhere the flowers.

For my second card, I used a blend of teals and whites. I also used some foam adhesive squares to add my flowers to give them an extra pop of dimension.

For the base of my card, I embossed a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of teal card stock with the Argyle Socks Embossing Folder.
I hope you enjoyed my cards today! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by! If you liked these cards and want some more crafty inspiration, please feel free to check out my INSTAGRAM feed! Wishing you all a lovely day!
