Here’s a look at this week’s sketch layout. Feel free to flip and/or rotate the sketch or to also replace the shapes for images. I went with a fun one-layer card using a masking technique. My main images came from the BB Sittin’ Pretty Stamp Set. I also added a butterfly from the BB Adorable Elephants Stamp Set. I used a Gina K Designs Masking Magic Sheet to stamp and fussy cut my images so that I could cover them as I went. I made sure to stamp my images in the foreground first and the ones that would appear behind my front images, last.

With my masking pieces all in place, I then used the English Brick Wall Stencil to add a brick wall. I used some Fired Brick Distress Oxide Ink to blend in my bricks after I had placed two strips of low-tack tape to mask both the top and bottom portions of my wall. I also used some Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks to add a background sky. Next, I trimmed my panel to 4″ x 5.25″ and adhered it to a top-folding, white A2 sized card base. Lastly, I colored my images with Copic Markers and stamped my sentiment on the top left section of my card.

Copic Colors Used:
- Birds: B000, B02, B05
- Greens: YG01, G43, G46
- Jeans: B91, B93, B95
- Pinks: RV02, RV55, RV66
- Skin: E000, E21, E13
- Hair: E41, E42, E43, E47
- Butterfly, B11, B13, V12
