My card today features the new Petit Periwinkles Die Set. I created a mini slimline card sized at 3.75″ x 6.75″. I added a 3.5″ x 6.5″ layer of white card stock and then a 3.25″ x 6.25″ layer of ink-blended card stock. For my ink-blended background piece, I trimmed a piece of light yellow card stock and added some Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks starting from the lower right corner and working my way to my lightest color at the opposite upper corner.
I die cut my flower pieces from various shades of red card stock, and my greenery from an ink-blended piece of green card stock. Once my flowers were assembled, I added some white ink spatters to them for extra interest.
