Hello friends! I have a fun and easy shaker graduation card to share with you today! If you have not check out the Winter Mug Die Set from Pretty Pink Posh, I lightly recommend that you do! This cute little mug is the base die for all of the mug add-on die sets. You can check out all of the mug add-ons HERE.

For my card today, I combined the Winter Mug Dies along with the newly released Graduation Mug Additions Die Set. The fun thing about this set is that you don’t have to make just graduation cards with it. There are a lot of elements in this set that would work for any type of celebration. However, since it is geared toward graduations, you also have a lot of fun graduation-themed dies as well.
For my card today, I first die cut the base mug piece 6 times from white card stock. I left one of the die cuts whole but then used the rounded rectangle die from the Graduation Mug Additions Die Set to die cut a rounded window from other 4 mugs. On one of the mugs, I lightly blended the edges of it with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink.
I glued 4 of the windowed mugs together and then adhered them to my base mug. Next, I blended some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink onto one of the rounded rectangle pieces that had come from one of the mugs and glued it to the inside of my mug frame. I then added some 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins along with the newly released Mint Shimmer Confetti for my shaker embellishments. I finished off the mug by then adding a clear piece of acetate and my ink blended mug on top. I then added my shaker mug onto a card base that I had blended with a mix of Salvaged Patina and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Inks. I added my die cut graduation decorations as well as the my sentiment and a gorgeous stitched scalloped rectangle frame.

Love this mug…I am so glad that PPP has expanded the add-on’s to include so many occasions. Really fun. I have a great-nephew graduating from High School this year. How old does that make me feel ??? Gorgeous job.
