My card today features the gorgeous new Balloons and Birthday Wishes Die Set which is currently being offered at a deep club discount until May 27th. I used all Spellbinders card stock colors for my die cuts and adhered them together with liquid adhesive. I added my images to my card front with 3D foam adhesive tape for a pop of dimension.

For my background, I layered some colored card stock pieces and then added some diluted black ink spatters (using some watered down Black Soot Distress Ink) for extra texture and interest.
