My project today features the gorgeous new Stargazer Lily Layering Die Set. This set comes with easy step-by-step instructions on the back of the packaging, making it simple to create your own layered flowers. You can use solid colored card stock if you like. I ended up die cutting all of my pieces from some Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and lightly blending the inner edges of each piece with some Altenew Ink in order to add some shading and contrast. I used some Altenew Pink Diamond and Rubellite Inks to shade my floral pieces.

To create my background, I masked off a rectangular area on a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and blended it with Pinkalicious, Pink Diamond, Rubellite and Redwood Inks. I started with my darkest color at the bottom of my rectangle and worked my way toward the top using my lightest color last.

For my leaves, I die cut them from some green card stock and lightly shaded the edges of each with some Eucalyptus Ink. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment with some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and added my flowers with some 3D foam adhesive squares to give my flowers some dimension.
