My card today features the new YUZU Long Walk With a Best Friend Stamp Set. You can check this set out via the bar above or check out the bundle deal HERE.

To start my card, I first stamped my images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb card stock with some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I then colored everything except for the girl’s shirt with Copic Markers and used the coordinating die-namics to cut them out. To finish the girl’s shirt, I re-stamped her image onto a piece of patterned paper from the new Orange Sherbet Paper Pad. I then adding some shading to just the shirt area of the patterned paper with some warm gray Copic markers (W3, W1, W00, 0). Next, I cut only the shirt from the patterned paper and went over the edges with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker to hide any of the white edges that show when you cut the pattern from the rest of the card stock. (This helps the paper look as if it really is part of your image). I then adhered the shirt to my girl with some liquid adhesive.

For my card background, I lightly blended some Kitsch Flamingo and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks to create a pink sky. I then layered this piece with both some Smooth White and Ripe Raspberry card stock pieces. To add some dimension to my card, I added all of my pieces to my card front with some 3D foam adhesive squares.
