Hello crafty friends! I absolutely LOVE the Spellbinders BetterPress system and all of the BetterPress Plates that are available. I created two cards using the same set to show you different ways that you can use it. The first method is super simple with no coloring involved. To start, I ink blended a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of BetterPress Porcelain Card Stock with some Seedless Preserves, Festive Berries, and Dried Marigold Distress Oxide Inks. I then added some water spatters with a small round paint brush and blotted it dry with a clean paper towel.

Once my panel was dry, I then inked up my BetterPress Plate with some BetterPress Black Ink. I attached my inked panel to my the top of my BetterPress LetterPress System with some Best Ever Craft Tape and ran it through my die cutting machine.

I did the same thing with my sentiment and then used the coordinating die to cut it out. Next, I trimmed my ink-blended panel to 3.75″ x 5″ and layered it with some white and coral pieces of card stock.

For my second project, I first pressed my image into my BetterPress Porcelain Card Stock with BetterPress Black Ink and then used my Kuretake Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens to water color my flowers.
