Hello crafty friends! I am thrilled to introduce to you the new Birthday Vibes Card Kit from My Favorite Things! How cute is that little dog ballon?! I started by first creating my streamer background using the new Party Streamers Stencil Set along with a variety of MFT Premium Dye Ink Cubes.

MFT Inks Used:

• Pinks: Cotton Candy, Poppin’ Pink
• Orange: Orange Zest
• Yellow: Lemon Drop
• Greens: Green Apple, Jalapeño Popper
• Teals: Summer Splash, Caribbean Sea
• Purples: Grapesicle, Grape Jelly

I used Caribbean Sea Card Stock for my card base as well as a stitched rectangle layer. For my ballon, I die cut all of my pieces from a piece of Summer Splash Card Stock and then lightly blended the edges of each piece with both Carribean Sea and Jalapeño Popper Inks. I also used a Sakura White Gelly Roll pen to add some white accents to my ballon to give it more of a 3D look. To finish my card, I stamped my sentiment from the Best Day Ever Stamp Set with black ink and adhered my animal balloon with 3D foam adhesive tape for a pop of added dimension.
