Hello friends! I have a fun space-themed shaker card to share with you that features the new Pretty Pink Posh Rocketship Shaker Dies along with the new Layered Shooting Stars Stencil Pack.

I started with a 4″ x 5.25″ piece of dark blue card stock and used the first layer of the shooting stars stencil along with some gorgeous Silver Lining Lunar Paste by Simon Hurley. I allowed the first layer of paste to dry completely before using the second stencil and adding my second layer of paste. Once again, I let the entire panel dry before adding anything on top of it.

While my panel was drying, I then completed my shaker rocket. I die cut five layers of the rocket ship frame from white card stock and a sixth layer from some silver shine card stock. I also cut a base rocket from white card stock in which to adhere my frame. To make the frame, I glued all five frame pieces together with some liquid adhesive and then glued them onto my rocket base. I next added my embellishments of Stargazing Clay Confetti before adding my layer of clear acetate.

I then added my silver rocket frame followed by my rocket wing and tip pieces that I had die cut from colored card stock. Lastly, I adhered my rocket to my card base and then heat embossed my sentiments from the Birthday Scripts Stamp Set onto the same blue card stock that I had used for my card base with some Fine Detail White Embossing Powder. For my script “WISH” sentiment, I used the Birthday Scripts Coordinating Dies to cut it out.
