Simon Says Stamp | Cheering For You Collection

Hello friends! I have a quick card to share with you today featuring some new products from the Simon Says Stamp Cheering For You Collection. Depending on how comfortable you feel with ink blending, my card will only take 5-10 minutes to recreate or make a similar one of your own.

I first ink blended a mix of Seafoam, Surf, and Ocean ink using the Pawsitively Saturated Blue Seas Saturated Ink Cubes onto a piece of 4″ x 5.25″ smooth white card stock. Once dry, I then cut my ink-blended panel down to 3.25″ x 4.5″. Next, I took the word YOU from the new CZ Designs YOU Stamp Set and stamped it onto the top center of my panel with some Pawsitively Saturated Night Ink, followed by stamping my second sentiment below it with some Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.

I then die cut some foliage from some white card stock using the leaves dies from the Etched Meadow Flowers and Leaves Die Set and adhered them to the front of my panel with some liquid adhesive. Once attached, I then used a pair of scissors to cut off any excess that overlapped the edges of my card. Next, I layered this piece onto a 3.75″ x 5″ piece of white card stock and lastly placed this entire piece onto an A2 clear acetate card panel. To finish off my card, I then added three more 3.75″ x 5″ white panel pieces to the inside and back of my card to cover any adhesive that could be seen through the clear panel.
