Streamside Studios | Apple Picking Piggies

September 12, 2024

Hello crafty friends! I have a card to share with you today featuring some of the cutest piggies that I’ve ever colored! My images today are actually digital images from the new Apple Picking Piggies Digital Stamp Set from Streamside Studios.

However, if you are not familiar with digi stamps and prefer clear stamps, you can check out the upcoming Apple Picking Piggies Clear Stamps Set for pre-order HERE.

I used to be very intimidated by digital stamps. However, if it’s something that you’re wanting to try, I highly suggest using Canva (or some similar software) to make digi stamp usage MUCH easier. In Canva, I simply upload my images and drag whichever ones I want to use into a new Flyer (or Portrait 8.5″ x 11″) template. I add a grid that sections off four different A2 sized (4.25″ x 5.5″) areas and place my images and digital sentiments in each quadrant as I want them to look on my card. You can easily drag your cursor to resize them and click a tab to place the image behind or in front of another one (no masking necessary). Once I’m done lining up all four projects (to save wasted space on my paper), I then print out my sheet and cut each card out with my paper trimmer. I then color my images and I’m done!

I used Copic Markers to color my images.

  • Pigs: E000, E00, E11, E13
  • Apples: R14, R35, R46, R59, R99
  • Greens: YG01, YG06, YG17, YG67
  • Browns: E31, E23, E25, E29

Thanks so much for stopping by! Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Such adorable piggies and your coloring is so good. I have a couple of big rabbits that are eating my grab apples as they fall… I didn’t know rabbits liked apples! I need to figure out how to down load these images. TFS

Thank you kindly, my sweet friend! We used to have semi-wild rabbits growing up and they would eat the crab apples all the time lol.
Feel free to message me if you want to learn how to download and use digital stamps. Once you try it a few times, it’s really easy.🥰
