I have been having so much fun coloring images from the brand new Purple Onion Designs Season’s Greetings Collection illustrated by Chilliezgraphy by Pei! I have two cards to share with you featuring two adorable rubber stamps.

My first card features the new Christmas Igloo Stamp. I used my MISTI and my stamping block to stamp my image onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I then set that piece aside, and re-stamped my image onto a piece of Gina K Designs Masking Magic Sheets.

I then covered my image with my masking piece and blended my background with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink. After ink blending, I spattered my background with some diluted Copic Opaque White Paint. Next, I removed my masking sheet and colored my images with Copic Markers.
Copic Colors Used:
- Igloo: 0, B000, B00, C1, C3
- Bear: 0, W00, W1, W3
- Penguins: 0, W00, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9
- Reds: R14, R46, R59

I followed the same process for my second card using the adorable Trim a Tree Stamp. For my background to this layout, I blended some Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. I once again colored my images with Copic Markers and added some “snow” dots with a white gel pen when finished.

Copic Colors Used:
- Reds: R14, R35, R46, R89
- Greens: G40, G43, G46, G99
- Dog: E40, E41, E43, E44, E47
- Cat: 0, W00, W1, W3
- Bird & Gifts: 0, C00, C1, C3

Those images are adorable and you’ve definitely brought them to life with your coloring. You are a master masker, too! Thanks for sharing, Rachel. 🙂
Thank you so much for your sweet comments, my friend! Hope you have a great weekend! 🩷
