Hello crafty friends! I wanted to quickly drop in and share a Valentine’s themed card featuring prodcuts from Spellbinders.

This cute little design is from the Spellbinders Love on the Rocks Etched Dies and is perfect for many occasions, not just Valentine’s Day. This card was super easy to make and just required some diecutting and minimal assembly.

I used colord card stock to cut out all of my pieces except for the strawberries and the drink. Those I die cut from white card stock and added some ink blending to color them. For the strawberries, I blended them with Candied Apple, Lumberjack Plaid, and Ground Expresso Distress Inks. For my drink, I used Pinkfresh Inks in Peach Fuzz, Sparkling Rose, and Mulberry Blush. I also used the Sparkling Rose on my ink-blended background by lightly blending it on top of a 3.5″ x 4.75″ piece of light pink card stock.

For my sentiment, I used my BetterPress machine to add some VersaMark clear ink to my sentiments from the Valentine Happy Hour Sentiments. I then ran it through my machine with black card stock and next heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder.
