Hello crafty friends! For the second Coloring Club Challenge, the theme is ONCE UPON A TIME. This can be anything fairy tale related or something magical. The goal is to have fun coloring something!
For this challenge, I used the Simon Says Stamp Once Upon a Time Stamp Set illustrated by my friend Alberto Gava. Most of you are familiar with him, but in case you’re not, you can check out his stunning work HERE.
I stamped all of my images onto a 3.25″ x 8.25″ piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and masked them with some Gina K Designs Masking Magic pieces (that I had stamped and fussy cut) as I went. Prior to removing my masking pieces, I blended my background with Tattered Rose, Tumbled Glass, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks.
Once my background was finished, I then colored my images with Copic Markers.
Copic Colors Used:
- Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E13
- Cinderella’s Dress: B12, B14, B18; B0000, B00, B01, B02
- Blonde Hair: E50, E53, E55, E57
- Yellows: Y11, Y13, Y15, V12, V15
- Dark Brown Hair: E31, E23, E25, E29
- Purples: V000, V01, V05 V06, V09
- Greens: YG01, YG07, YG17, YG67
- Black: C5, C7, C9
