Hello crafty friends! Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio Sunshine & Smiles Release Blog Hop! This release is filled with so many gorgeous new products that I think you will love!
I created three cards today that showcase the new Guiding Light Stamp Set, Stencils, and coordinating Guiding Light Die Set. All product links can be found at the bottom of this post!
I used a variety of Pinkfresh Studio Inks for each of my cards today and will list them for you. Basically, I used mainly ink-blending to create each card.
For my first card, I used only PF Inks along with the Guiding Light Stamp, Stencils, and die set to create my card. I did first die cut a basic circle from some masking paper and placed it onto my background when blending my sky to create the illusion of a setting sun. I removed this piece once I had finished the rest of my background with all of the stencils and then lightly blended over it with some more ink so that it wasn’t just a big white circle in the center of my card.
PINKFRESH INKS USED:
- Sky: Ballet Slipper, Bubble Gum, Raspberry Bliss & Candy Violet
- Water: Bubble Gum, Sunshine, Wisteria, Seaside
- Grass: Grassy Knoll, Olive
- Lighthouse & House: Misty Coast, Rocky Slope, Licorice, Sky Blue, and Ballet Slipper to reflect the sunset
- Bushes: Grassy Knoll, Olive
- Sun: Lemon Whip, Ballet Slipper
For this card, I once again used Pinkfresh Studio Inks to create my background and add color to my images. I die cut an oval in the center panel of my card front using the Essentials Double Stitched Elongated Oval Dies as well as a stitched rectangle using the new Essentials Single Stitched Rectangle Dies.
PINFRESH STUDIO INKS USED:
- Sky: Soft Lilac, Marigold, Lemon Whip, Summer Shower, Sparkling Rose
- Water: Summer Shower
- Lighthouse & House: Misty Coast, Rocky Slope, Metropolis, Licorice, Sunshine, Lemon Whip
- Bushes: Mint, Meadow
- Grass: Limoncello, Grassy Knoll
For my last card, I once again masked my setting sun the same way I had done so in my first card.

- Sky: Fruit Punch, Marigold, Sunshine, Lemon Whip, Gathered Twigs
- Water: Marigold, Sunshine, Blue Jay
- Path: Doe
- Ground Area: Misty Coast, Rocky Slope, Licorice
- Lighthouse: Misty Coast, Rocky Slope, Licorice, Fruit Punch, Mimosa, Gathered Twigs, Licorice
- House: Doe, Gathered Twigs, Fruit Punch
- Bushes: Fresh Pear, Grassy Knoll, Olive
