Hello crafty friends! Welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio “Delights & Doodles” Blog Hop and giveaway! There are so many cute items in this release; I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

My shaker card today showcases the Sweet Safari Stencils and coordinating die set. Isn’t that sweet little elephant so adorable? I also used the new Petal Grid Press Plate to emboss the pattern into a piece of white card stock to create a textured frame to surround my card.

I used a mix of Pinkfresh Studio inks and ink blending brushes to add color to my images. For the fruit pieces, instead of ink blending the stacked fruits as a whole, I only did every other piece of fruit so that I could fussy cut them apart and use them individually.

For my background, I went with bold colors and generously blended some Lavender, Bubble Gum, Apricot, and Sunshine Inks onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ piece of smooth white card stock. I then added some water spatters with a small paint brush for added texture and blotted them dry with a clean paper towel.

For my frame, I used one of the Single Stitched Rectangle Dies to die cut a window into 6 different 4.25″ x 5.5″ pieces of white card stock. My top frame was the only one that had the embossed image from the Petal Grid Press Plate.
