I have three cards to share with you that feature the adorable new Rooting for You set.
For all of my cards, I stamped my images onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored them with Copic Markers. Because I didn’t have the coordinating dies, I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut them out. However, coordinating dies are available on the Simon Says Stamp website (linked included at the bottom of this post).
I created a box card from scratch for my first card. This card folds perfectly flat and fits into a standard A2 sized envelope. When upright, it measures 4.25″ tall x 4″ wide x 1.5″ deep.
Copic Colors Used For All Cards:
- Browns: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, E47
- Teals: G000, G00, BG34, BG75
- Greens: YG01, YG06, YG17, YG67
- Warm Grays: 0, W00, W1, W3, W5
- Whites: 0, C00, C1, C3
- Dark Grays: C3, C5, C7
- Oranges: YR02, YR68, E07, E09
For my second card, I blended a simple background with some Tidepool ink and added my images with 3D foam adhesive tape for a pop of dimension.
Lastly, I created a horizontal A2 sized card featuring the same set. This time I used Cabbage Ink for my background and once again used foam adhesive tape to adhere my images.

Wow, you’ve been busy using this latest release. Your “Rooting For You” critter cards were all adorably cute but it was your flower cards at the end of your post that really captivated me. I’m a flower loving gal so they were right up my alley. I couldn’t have picked a favorite, they were each one different from the other but equally pretty.
