Both of my cards today showcase the adorable new Best Witches Stamp Set. I posted two other cards using this set yesterday. If you want to check them out, you can head to that post HERE or scroll to see the images at the bottom of this post.
For my first card, I created a one-layered slimline card that measures 8.5″ long x 3.75″ tall. I used masking paper to cover my images as I stamped so that I could create this look. While my images were masked, I die cut a large circle from a piece of Gina K Designs Masking Magic Paper and layer it over the center of my card. I then masked off an area for my “ground” and ink blended my sky with Celery, Tidepool, Orchid, and Charcoal Inks. I next added some diluted opaque white ink spatters to create my “stars” and once dry, I removed my masking pieces so that I could color my images with Copic Markers.
My second card features the Best Witches Stamp Set combined with the newly released Sentiment Labels 2.0 Die Set and You Are Magic script die set.
I used the sentiment label dies to quickly die cut some strips of card stock in various sizes and adhered them to my 4.25″ x 5.5″ card base. I used a pair of scissors to fussy cut any excess. Next, I die cut my “You Are Magic” script from some white card stock and the shadow from some heavy duty vellum. I adhered this sentiment to the center of my card and then added my images with 3D foam adhesive tape for a pop of dimension.
