Hello crafty friends! I have two cards to share with you today that showcase the new Frosty Winter Wishes Collection from Purple Onion Designs. For a limited time, you can get all 6 new stamps at a discounted bundle price HERE.
My first card showcases the cute Owlsome Christmas Stamp along with some previously released Vintage Holidays Postmark Set, Vintage PostCARD Set, and Vintage Postcard Add-On Set. For my diagonal marks on the outside border of my card, I used the Airmail Border Stencil.
I stamped my image onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it with Copic Markers. For my background sky, I used a blend of Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Ink.
Copic Colors Used:
- Grays: W00, W1, W3, W5, W7
- Teals: G00, BG34, BG18
- Blues: BG70, BG72, BG09
- Orange: YR02, YR68, YR18
For my second card, I used the adorable Mousy Holiday Mail Stamp. I followed a similar process as my card above, but this time, I used Tidepool Ink (from Simon Says Stamp) for my background. I also made my card a one-layer card and masked my image before ink blending my background.

- White: 0, C1, C3, C5
- Reds: R14, R46, R59, R89
- Mouse: W00, W1, W3, W5
- Browns: E31, E33, E25

Your coloring is always so exquisite Rachel. I don’t know which one I favor they are both so adorable. I had my first owl appear on our property this year. What a thrill for me. I do think the mouse at the mail box is pretty cute though. Happy Holidays and TFS
