Pretty Pink Posh

Both of my cards today showcase the new Bear Holder Die Set, however, each card features a different theme. This shows you how easy it is to dress the bear up for any occasion!

I made this first card a Valentine’s Day theme and combined the Bear Holder Die with the previously released Valentine Holder Additions Die Set. The large hearts the bear is holding came with the new set, the smaller hearts, the bow, and the word LOVE came with the previously released Valentine Holder Additions Dies.

I die cut my bear from white card stock and blended some Lost Shadow Distress Ink along the edges to give my bear some shading. For her belly, bow, and ears, I used some light pink card stock. For my background, I lightly blended a piece of white card stock (that I had die cut with the new Pinking Rectangle Dies ) with some Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink. Lastly, I adhered my images with 3D foam adhesive tape and added some highlights with a white gel pen.

My second card features the same Bear Holder Die Set as well as the Pinking Rectangle Dies. However, instead of pinks and reds, I used a blend of greens for St. Patrick’s Day.

I heat embossed my sentiment from the new Lucky Animals Stamp Set onto a piece of black card stock with some Fine Detail White Embossing Powder. Once set, I then fussy cut my sentiment and added it next to my bear.
